Mr. Abdulmalik Orakwue Egbunike (Chairman)

chairman profile imageis a chartered Estate Surveyor with a total of 31 years post qualification experience as an Estate Valuer of Land, Buildings, Facilities and Machineries as well as other specialized Real Estate Consultancy services. He is an expert in estate Management, Property Investment, Project Management, Construction Management and & Financial advisory matters.

He has a Diploma in Civil Engineering, BSc (Estate Management), M.Sc (Construction Management), M.Sc (Facilities Management) from University of Reading. He is a fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Values (FNIEVS) and a chartered member of the British Institute of Facilities Managers (BIFM)

He also sits on the board of various companies and had several stints in the public service sector notably serving on several occasions as Chairman, ministerial committee on investigation of Federal Housing Authority Landed Properties in Federal Capital City.



Mr. Cyprain Nnadozie Konkwo (Managing Partner)

is an Estate Surveyor (B. Sc. Estate Management, UNN, 1992) with over 18 years of credible track record  and experience in building valuation, facilities & machine management of residential & office complexes.  He is versed in computer applications spanning Microsoft word, spreadsheet and data applications for  market analytical purposes. He has attended many courses in Nigeria & abroad including Lagos Business  School. He is an Associate Member of NIESV & NECA.



Mr. Kenneth Eigbedion O. (Director of Facilities Management Outsourcing)

Mr. Kenneth O. Eigbedion is an experienced Electrical/Electronics Engineer with over 18 years post qualification experience as a facilities management practitioner. He started his working career with the Nigeria Merchant Bank Plc., Lagos in 1994 and also worked at IMB international Bank Plc. as Premises Manager and Head of Administration. He joined the firm of Ora Egbunike & Associates as Senior Facility Manager in 1997 and later rose to the position of Director of Facilities Management Services responsible for quality control services, development and facilities management consultancy.

He holds a Bachelor of Electrical/Electronics Engineering degree from Ed State University (1998) and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE) and a certified project management practitioner by the Association of Project Managers Group, United Kingdom.


Mr. Osakwe Olisa Christopher (Project Architect)

An architect with over 15 years post qualification experience. He holds B.Arch. from Enugu State University, 1996.


Mr. Ayorinde Olaseinde (Project Manager)

He is an experienced Quantity Surveyor with over 14 years post qualification, experience. He has Executive Masters Certificate in Project Management, Project Management College UK – 2009; Master of Project Management, University of Lagos – 2008; B.Sc., Quantity Surveying, Obafemi Awolowo University – 1998; Harvard Associates Project Management and Extra-value Certified Professional – 2009; Project Management and Microsoft project professional training – 2008; Training in Primavera 6.0 – 2010; Member, Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors; Member, Association for project management, UK.


Mr. Franklin Ajah (Project Manager)

He is a Building Engineer with over 12 years post qualification experience in building engineering projects. He holds M. Eng., Structural Engineering, FUTO (2010); B.Eng., Civil Engineering, FUTO (2001); B.Sc., Math/Computer Science, University of Port Harcourt (1999); Executive Masters Certification, PM, Project Management College, UK.


Mr. Chuka Agha (Estate Surveyor)

He is an Estate Surveyor with over 7 years post qualification experience. He holds B. Sc. in Estate Management from Abia State University, Uturu (2005). He is well versed in the area of Property Valuation using modern methods to achieve excellent results.He is an Associate Member, Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers.








Mr. Festus Emeka Opara (Project Coordinator)

He has a wide experience of over 17 years in project management and civil engineering beats from several corporate institutions.  He holds B. Eng. Building & Construction from FUTO (1995).


Alhaji Bolaji Shehuluqman Sambo (Company Secretary/Legal Adviser)

He is a seasoned and versatile Legal Practitioner. He is also Notary Public and a trained Arbitrator with over 15 years experience in legal and corporate services. He holds LLM from (O.A.U, 2000), LL.B (UNIJOS, 1985). He is a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Taxation (FCIT); Member of Nigerian Bar Association (NBA); Member of Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM) and a student member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN).


Mrs. Soluchi Ogugua (Group Head Human Resource)

She is the Head of Human Resource Department with a strong passion and commitment to people and skills development. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and a Master’s Degree in Global Human Resource Management. She has garnered over 15 years of hands-on experience in leadership, coaching and mentoring, assisting individuals and organizations to achieve their development objectives.
