Has extensive range of skills and experiences culled from years of practice, study and an impressive knowledge base. His educational background comprises a Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management (University of Ife), M.Sc. in Construction Management (University of Lagos), M.Sc. in Facilities Management (University of Reading, U.K), M.Sc. in Property Investment (University of Reading, U.K) and an MBA from Henley Business School. In addition, he is a Fellow of the Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers, Fellow Institute of Directors, Fellow Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM), Fellow, The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Member, Investment Property Forum, U.K. and Nigeria Institute of Management. He pioneered the development of FM service delivery for Nigerian Communications Commission and Central Bank of Nigeria. He also led the team that handled the valuation of non-core assets of the defunct National Electric Power Authority Nationwide, in line with the Electricity Reform Act., 2005.
